Before another year
The question before 2027 is not only your plan.
You’ve been called and chosen. Before another year of goals, take inventory of who you are becoming — as a doctor, a leader, and a steward of the practice God put in your hands.
- Who have I become this year?
- Where have I grown?
- Where am I still stuck?
- Is my practice stronger than it was a year ago?
- Am I leading my team better?
- Am I clear about what God is asking me to do next?
- Am I becoming the leader capable of stewarding what God wants to entrust to me?
That is Commission. Called → Equipped → Sent.

Commission Access
Commission doesn’t start December 4. It starts when you register.
Registration unlocks a private weekly experience leading up to Orlando. The earlier you register, the more of that runway you receive.
Backstage
Conversations you do not get from a stage. How the work actually happens between sessions and between cities.
The Director's Cut
Extended interviews with speakers — the thinking behind the teaching, not just the highlight reel.
The Vault
Selected masterclasses and resources that have historically lived with Advanced Training clients.
The Drop
Unreleased tools, implementation assets, and timely notes as Orlando comes into focus.
First Look
Early looks at Functional Health, the 150 → $2M model, marketing for 2027, decompression, and spinal correction.

What happens in Orlando
Equipped for the work — not inspired and empty-handed.
Faith is the why. Clinical excellence, leadership, marketing, systems, and patient care are the how.

New patients
2027 new-patient plan on the calendar
Community → proceduralized referral → online. What worked in 2026, where 2027 is headed, locked into your week.
Clinical
Better results in radically less time
Sharper X-ray analysis. Better blueprinting of weighting, adjusting, rehab, and home care.
Practice model
Care plans that can carry the mission
150 patients as the path toward a $2M model — care plans, systems, and strategic verticals. A teaching model. Not a guarantee.
First look
Functional Health you can implement
Testing, protocols, diet and supplements, and clinic resources — a path to run, not a lecture to admire.
Clinical + team
Decompression your clinic can own
Clinical mastery for doctors. Growth and management for teams.
Whole practice
Doctor and CA mastery under one roof
Breakouts for both sides of the practice — so Monday is not a hallway translation.

150 → $2M
150 is the new $2M.
C3 has long taught that 150 patients a week is the new $1M practice. At Commission we go further — care plans, economics, systems, and verticals that can move a practice toward a $2M model.
This is a model and a teaching strategy. It is not a promise of earnings.
Care plans
Higher acceptance and higher-value plans — including design conversations around most patients saying yes, and plans in the $4,000–$10,000 range. Teaching concepts, not guaranteed outcomes.
Operations
Stronger correction. Fewer wasted visits. Teams that can run the day.
Strategic verticals
Functional Health, decompression, and more — for practices that want them. Straight chiropractic paths remain for doctors who do not.
First look
Functional Health — built to implement.
C3 is introducing a Functional Health vertical with an executable path: testing, protocols, diet and supplement recommendations, and clinic resources.
Dr. Tracy Rush brings the department thinking — how FH sits in the clinic and serves your town. C3 has modeled collections potential around a $250,000 department. Opportunity and design. Not a guarantee.

New patients
Leave Orlando with your 2027 new-patient plan already on the calendar.
One of the strongest practical promises of the weekend.
- 01
Community
Show up where your town already gathers.
- 02
Proceduralized referral
Make referrals a system, not a personality trait.
- 03
Online
Digital work that supports the practice — not replaces the relationship.
Dr. Ray Omid walks through what is producing new patients now — and where the rules are headed for 2027. Manageable for your practice size. On the calendar before you fly home.
Breakout paths
Useful for the whole practice — not only the doctor.
A path for the straight chiropractor. A path for practices that want strategic verticals. Bring the people who make it work on Monday.

Get your team in the room →People in the room
Teachers who put something in your hands.

C3 co-founder
Dr. Ben Lerner
Build the practice capable of carrying the mission.
Ben unpacks the 150-patient model and the leadership required to steward it. With Rob, he also goes deeper on getting clinics onto the teams in your town — high school through college, pro, and Olympic.

C3 co-founder
Dr. Rob Schiffman
The chiropractors you surround yourself with matter.
Rob teaches how patients say yes, how they stay, and how they send people. With Ben, he covers getting your clinic onto the teams in your town.

Functional Health
Dr. Tracy Rush
A Functional Health department — not a hobby.
Labs, diet, and supplements based on patient results, set up as a department in the clinic. Tracy shows how to become the wellness doctor in your community without turning it into a side project.

Marketing
Dr. Ray Omid
What’s actually producing new patients right now.
Community, referrals, and online — from a doctor in the middle of a strong marketing run. You’ll leave knowing what belongs on your 2027 calendar.

Clinic events and team
Dr. Erik Lerner
Your CAs shouldn’t experience Commission from the hallway.
Erik teaches the workshops, patient talks, and staff trainings you run in your own office — so the team can fill a room and carry the practice when you’re adjusting.

Decompression
Dr. Brian Self
Clinical mastery for doctors. Growth for teams.
Brian leads doctor and staff breakouts on decompression — so your team can run it on Monday, not only watch a demo.
Already living it
Show me one.
Three doctors already walking it. Commission is where you learn how.
Proof 1
Dr. Josh Nikkanen
He wondered if “150 is the new million” was only for someone else. Then the model answered.
About a third of his old volume, and more monthly cash flow than at his busiest 650–750 visit months. He finishes shifts with more energy than he started.
Proof 2
Dr. Mark Del Cantero
Called to sell the practice. Stayed because the model finally worked.
Best collections in four or five years. Highest collections per visit ever. Corrective care, stations, and Christ at the foundation — and he no longer wants to leave chiropractic.
Proof 3
Dr. A.J. Pacis
He stopped hoping for new patients and started filling talks.
Hundreds registering for Zoom talks. Sports and pickleball as a way into the town. Proof that a full new-patient schedule is a system — not a personality.
The C3 family
Some of the most valuable conversations happen outside the sessions.
Teaching. Demo tables. Breakouts. Prayer. The hallway. Under one roof.

- Chiropractic still matters.
- The business should prosper.
- Clinical outcomes can get better without simply adding more visits.
- Marriages and families are part of the call, not a leftover.
- Teams deserve to be led well.
- God gave you this practice for a reason.

Questions
Before you book the flights.
Who should attend?+
Chiropractors and their teams — current C3 family and doctors who do not know C3 yet. If you want 2027 to be stronger clinically, operationally, and as a ministry through your practice, this room is for you.
Should I bring my team?+
Yes. If your CAs are going to run decompression, hold care-plan conversations, drive show rates, or carry Functional Health while you adjust, they need to hear it in the room — not in a Monday recap. Register each person who is coming.
What are the dates and times?+
Friday, December 4, 2026 from 2:00–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, December 5 from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Eastern time.
Where is it?+
Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive, 5905 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819. The gathering is at the hotel. Fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO) — about 15 miles / typically 20–30 minutes by car.
Which airport should I fly into?+
Orlando International Airport (MCO). From MCO, take SR 528 West (Beachline) toward I-4 and follow signs to International Drive. Rideshare, taxi, or rental car all work. Open the Google Maps directions link on the Commission page for turn-by-turn routing to the hotel.
What will doctors learn?+
Advanced spinal correction, care-plan economics and the 150 → $2M model as C3 teaches it, Functional Health implementation, decompression clinical mastery, marketing and new-patient systems, and leadership for the year ahead — with breakout paths for both vertical practices and straight chiropractic.
What will CAs and team members learn?+
Building and presenting care plans, closing finances, show rates, call-list management, retention from the front desk, and decompression growth and management — plus how clinic events and team trainings run when the doctor is adjusting.
Is this only for current C3 clients?+
No. Commission is built for the existing C3 family and for chiropractors who are ready to experience what God is doing through Christ Centered Chiropractic. If the calling language here is your language, you belong in the conversation.
What is Commission Access?+
Commission does not start December 4. It starts when you register. Commission Access is the weekly private experience registrants unlock leading up to Orlando — backstage conversations, Director’s Cut interviews, vault resources, drops, and first looks at what we will teach in December. The earlier you register, the more of that runway you receive.
When does Commission Access begin?+
Access begins after registration. Weekly content runs through the months leading into Orlando. Exact delivery details will be shared with registered teams as the program is finalized.
Should we stay at the hotel?+
The gathering is at Four Points by Sheraton on International Drive. Book lodging that lets you be present for the full day and a half. We will share any hotel notes with registered teams as they become available.
What does the team ticket include?+
The early-bird team ticket is $99 (regular $299) and is how C3 is pricing this gathering: so the practice arrives together. Register each person who is coming.
Do you have a promo code?+
Yes. If you were given a code, enter it on the Stripe checkout page when you register. Invited clients may use CLIENT100 for a complimentary team ticket (100% off). You can also open a prefilled link such as /orlando?promo=CLIENT100.
