Begin Today

There is no greater time than right now to pursue your purpose, reach your community, and build a practice that can literally change the lives of everyone who comes into your office. Sometimes we can put things off until tomorrow because we don’t really feel like today is the right time to start. I want to tell you that today is always the day to begin and continue what God has called you to do.

What you do today will be what will make a difference in your tomorrow. Whether it’s a small step or a large leap, any forward movement is progress. All progress produces results, and those results are what makes an impact.  We know that the Lord directs our steps and delights in every detail of our lives (Psalms 37:23, NLT). Let that truth be an encouragement for you to continue building what you’re believing for. Your life won’t always look like you thought it would, but God is always directing every move you make.

Without action, there will be no movement. If you’re standing still, it will be hard to get anywhere. God needs you to take the steps in order for Him to propel you forward. James 2:26 puts it this way; “Anyone who doesn't breathe is dead, and faith that doesn't do anything is just as dead.” Don’t wait until tomorrow to live by faith. Begin today.
