Build Your Faith

Great practices are built on great faith. The writer of Hebrews explains that, “Faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen.” It might not always look like you think, or go as you planned, but faith moves forward anyway. God wants you to trust in Him, believe in what He’s called you to, and move toward what He’s give you the vision for.

When you’re experiencing doubt through uncertainty, remember what Solomon said: “Fear and intimidation is a trap that holds you back. But when you place your confidence in the Lord, you will be seated in the high place” (Prov 29:25). Make sure, no matter the situation, that you are fixing your eyes on God. Just as Jesus said to the disciples, He is saying to you, “Be brave and don’t be afraid. I am here!” (Matt 14:27).

This week, take hold of these 3 ways to build your faith:

  1. Surrender your cares to God and allow Him to work it all out for your good (Romans 8:28)

  2. Take time to read and memorize Bible verses that build your faith (Romans 10:17)

  3. Speak positivity over yourself, your family, your practice, and your future (Proverbs 18:21)

Remember, with God all things are possible,
